【摘要】:ThispartofISO12217specifiesmethodsforevaluatingthestabilityandbuoyancyofintact(i.e.undamaged)boats.Theflotationcharacteristicsofboatsvulnerabletoswampingarealsoencompassed.TheevaluationofstabilityandbuoyancypropertiesusingthispartofISO12217willenabletheboattobeassignedtoadesigncategory(A,B,CorD)appropriatetoitsdesignandmaximumtotalload.ThispartofISO12217isprincipallyapplicabletoboatspropelledbyhumanormechanicalpowerof6muptoandincluding24mhulllength.However,itmayalsobeappliedtoboatsofunder6miftheydonotattainthedesireddesingcategoryspecifiedinISO12217-3andtheyaredeckedandhavequick-drainingrecesseswhichcomplywithISO11812.
