【摘要】:HISAspecifiesfundamentalrequirementsfor'informationinfrastructure'andhealthcarespecificmiddlewareservices.ThispartofISO12967specifiesthefundamentalcharacteristicsofthecomputationalmodeltobeimplementedbyaspecificarchitecturallayeroftheinformationsystem(i.e.themiddleware)toprovideacomprehensiveandintegratedinterfacetothecommonenterpriseinformationandtosupportthefundamentalbusinessprocessesofthehealthcareorganization,asdefinedinISO12967-1.Thecomputationalmodelisspecifiedwithoutanyexplicitorimplicitassumptionaboutthephysicaltechnologies,toolsorsolutionstobeadoptedforitsphysicalimplementationinthevarioustargetscenarios.Thespecificationisneverthelessformal,completeandnon-ambiguousenoughtoallowimplementerstoderiveanefficientdesignofthesysteminthespecifictechnologicalenvironmentwhichwillbeselectedforthephysicalimplementation.Thecomputationalmodelprovidesthebasisforensuringconsistencybetweendifferentengineeringandtechnologyspecifications(includingprogramminglanguagesandcommunicationmechanisms)sincetheymustbeconsistentwiththesamecomputationalobjectmodel.Thisconsistencyallowsopeninter-workingandportabilityofcomponentsintheresultingimplementation.Thisspecificationdoesnotaimatrepresentingafixed,complete,specificationofallpossibleinterfacesthatmaybenecessaryforanyrequirementofanyhealthcareenterprise.Itspecifiesonlyasetofcharacteristics-intermsofoverallorganizationandindividualcomputationalobjects,identifiedasfundamentalandcommontoallhealthcareorganizations,andthataresatisfiedbythecomputationalmodelimplementedbythemiddleware.
