【摘要】:Thisdocumentisapplicabletocombinedboothsfortheapplicationoforganicliquidcoatingmaterialsbyanoperatorwithmaximumdryingtemperatureof100℃anddealswithallhazardssignificantforcombinedbooths,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeclause4).Totheextentofthisdocument,acombinedboothisconsideredanassemblyofthefollowingequipment:—forcedventilationbyoneormorefans,—ventilationairheatingsystem(e.g.heatexchangerorburner),—powerdrivendampers,forcedventilationducting,—dryairfilteringand/orwetairwashingsystems,—automaticfireextinguishingequipmentandadditionalspecificelectricalequipment,—controlandpowercircuitsjoinedtogetherforthesprayinganddryingprocessofliquidcoatingmaterialinaspacetotallyenclosedprovidedwithforcedventilation.—workingpit,inspecialcase.Thisdocumentdoesnotcover:a)boothsforautomaticspraying,powderspraybooths,openbooths,andportableheaters.b)designofthebuildingfoundationsuponwhichaboothisinstalled;c)thecivilengineeringandbuildingdesignwhereaboothisconstructedas,ortousepartof,aneworexistingbuilding;d)sprayingequipment(seeEN1953),automaticdevicesforsprayingsystemslikerobots(seeEN775)orreciprocatorsorsimilarsystems,conveyors,liftsandcontinuoushandlingequipmentandsystems(seeEN619).ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletocombinedboothswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisstandardbyCEN.
